UPLIFT has two distinct but connected focuses:
Delivering coaching and training for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, helping them build confidence, clarity, and pathways into purpose-driven work or entrepreneurship in partnership with other local community partners.

Providing process support for social enterprises, early-stage start-ups and SMEs, helping them lay strong, scalable foundations through simplified systems and operational guidance. Whether it's people or organisations, UPLIFT exists to empower growth from the inside out.

Born from my own journey of navigating systems not built for me, UPLIFT is my way of giving back: offering coaching, support, and services to local patrons, changemakers or those with a dream they want to realise, especially those underestimated or overlooked.
UPLIFT is about lifting as we climb - creating space for others to grow, lead, and thrive on their own terms, because when you know what it’s like to start with less, you show up with more.
