I’m a process and governance consultant with over 15 years’ experience supporting programme delivery, PMO governance, information management and assurance across complex and regulated environments.
My background spans global mobilisation, project controls, reporting, documentation standards and digital delivery systems, where I’ve helped teams move from informal, people-dependent ways of working to clear, repeatable processes that improve consistency, visibility and confidence.
